1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Noé Now is a professional executive coaching service designed for senior leaders and business owners seeking clarity, confidence, and authentic leadership voice.
Our coaching addresses three pillars:
• Head: Clear thinking and strategic perspective
• Heart: Emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Voice: Authentic leadership communication
Coaching is NOT:
• Therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment
• Legal or financial advice
• A substitute for professional medical care
2. SERVICES OFFERED
Fees are as listed below and are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Current pricing is effective as of 1 May 2026]. Any price increases will not apply to sessions already booked and confirmed at the time of notice.
We offer three service options:
A) 90-MINUTE SINGLE SESSION: £4,500
• One-off intensive coaching session
• Scheduled via Calendly
• Includes post-session toolkit (PDF)
B) 3-SESSION INTENSIVE: £13,500
• Three sessions within 60 days
• Deeper transformation work
• Personalized coaching resources
C) QUARTERLY BOOSTER: £2,500
• Single 90-minute session
• For returning clients
• Ongoing accountability
3. BOOKING & PAYMENT
• Booking Confirmation: Secured upon payment only
• Payment Method: PayPal invoice (GBP)
• Invoice issued upon booking request
• Payment must clear before session scheduled
• No session time reserved until payment received
• Receipts issued automatically
4. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
CANCELLATIONS (Client-Initiated):
48+ Hours Notice:
→ Full refund processed within 5 business days
24-48 Hours Notice:
→ 50% refund retained by coach
→ 50% credited to account for future session(s)
Less Than 24 Hours Notice:
→ No refund issued
→ Full session fee retained
NO-SHOWS (Client Did Not Cancel & Did Not Attend):
→ Full session fee charged to payment method on file
→ Coach time reserved and lost
→ No credit issued
RESCHEDULING:
If 48+ hours notice given:
→ Can reschedule within 30 calendar days at no cost
If less than 48 hours notice:
→ Standard cancellation fees apply
→ Rescheduling available after 30 days (new booking required)
5. 3-SESSION INTENSIVE & QUARTERLY BOOSTER POLICY
3-Session Intensive (£13,500):
• Non-refundable after 1st session begins
• Remaining 2 sessions must be completed within 60 days
• If 1st session cancelled with 48+ hours notice: Full refund
• If 1st session cancelled with <48 hours notice: 50% refund
• After 1st session: Balance non-refundable (sessions can reschedule)
Quarterly Booster (£2,500):
• Non-refundable after session begins
• Same cancellation rules as 3-Session Intensive
6. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Coaching is a professional service offered in good faith. The coach is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business, income, or opportunity
• Client decisions made outside of coaching sessions
• Results or outcomes not achieved
• Client's interpretation or misuse of coaching insights
• Circumstances beyond the coach's control
Client agrees that coaching outcomes depend on client's commitment, openness, and implementation of insights.
INDEMNITY:
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Noé Now (Pty) Ltd and its founder from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
• Client's use or misuse of coaching insights
• Client's business or personal decisions
• Client's disclosure of confidential session content
• Client's actions taken based on coaching guidance
• Any alleged harm resulting from coaching services
7. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
MUTUAL CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATION:
Coach Confidentiality:
• All client information, goals, and session content are strictly confidential
• Coach will not disclose client identity or session details without written permission
• Exceptions: Legal requirement, imminent harm to self/others
Client Confidentiality:
• Client agrees not to publicly misrepresent session content, coach advice, or coaching outcomes
• Client agrees not to disclose other clients' identities or session details
• Client may discuss own coaching experience privately but not inaccurately in public forums
• Breach of client confidentiality may result in legal action to protect coach's business credibility
DATA PRIVACY (GDPR/POPIA Compliant):
Personal data collected (name, email, payment info):
• Stored securely on encrypted platforms
• Used only for coaching administration and payment processing
• Not shared with third parties
• Retained for 7 years for compliance purposes
• Client has right to request data deletion (with limitations for legal/tax records)
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All coaching frameworks, tools, templates, and methodologies are the intellectual property of Noé Now (Pty) Ltd.
Client may use these for personal development only. Client may not reproduce, sell, or distribute materials without written permission.
9. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES
Coach-Client Relationship:
• Coaching is a professional service, not a personal friendship
• Coach maintains appropriate boundaries
• Client should not contact coach outside scheduled sessions except for administrative purposes
• Sessions are 90 minutes only; no extended communication included
Between Sessions:
• Client email questions answered within 2 business days (brief responses only)
• Urgent concerns: Use emergency contact protocol provided
10. TERMINATION OF COACHING
Either party may terminate coaching at any time.
Coach may terminate if:
• Client is disrespectful or abusive
• Client is not engaging authentically
• Coach feels unable to serve client effectively
• Payment issues remain unresolved
Client may terminate:
• Refunds processed per cancellation policy
• If mid-package (intensive/booster): Non-refundable portion
retained
11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of
England and Wales, United Kingdom.
Disputes shall be resolved through:
1. Good faith discussion (7 days)
2. Mediation (if needed)
3. Arbitration or legal proceedings (last resort)
Both parties agree to attempt resolution before legal action.
12. AMENDMENTS
Noé Now (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions with 30 days' written notice.
Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions, combined with the Coaching Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between client and coach.
Any prior verbal agreements are superseded by this written document.

By booking a session, client confirms:
