The Presence Experience: Complimentary Session Eligibility
NOÉ Now is an exclusive leadership coaching practice designed for senior executives and established professionals navigating transformation at the highest levels of responsibility. The Presence Experience—our complimentary 30-minute breakthrough session—is offered selectively to qualified candidates who align with the principles and expectations of our practice. These terms outline eligibility criteria and the nature of this offering.
1. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a complimentary Presence Experience session, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Professional Standing: You hold or have held a senior leadership position (C-suie, VP-level, or equivalent responsibility) within an established organisation, or you are an established entrepreneur / founder with demonstrable business experience of 5+ years.
Career Maturity: You bring a minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in a leadership or high-responsibility context.
Current Challenge: You are actively navigating a significant professional or personal transformation - threshold moment that demands clarity, recalibration, or breakthrough thinking.
Genuine Inquiry: You approach this session with sincere curiosity and openness to examine your patterns, assumptions, and leadership presence. This is not a sales call; it is diagnostic and exploratory conversation.
Commitment to Presence: You recognise that leadership transformation is an inside-out practice and are willing to engage authentically with the inquiry.
2. Who May Not Be a Fit
The Presence Experience is not appropriate for:
Early career professionals (entry-level, junior, or mid-level without significant leadership tenure)
Recent graduates or those with fewer than 3 years of professional experience.
Individuals seeking quick fixes, tactical advice, or professional problem-solving (Noé is transformational, not transactional).
Those approaching the session primarily as a sales pitch evaluation rather than genuine enquiry.
Candidates unable or unwilling to engage in honest self-examination.
3. Application & Screening
All candidates booking a Presence Experience session will be asked to answer brief screening questions to ensure alignment. These questions help us understand your context, your current challenge, and your readiness for this conversation. Responses inform whether a session will be offered and how the conversation will be structured. We reserve the right to respectfully decline to schedule a session if it does not align with our practice or your current readiness.
4. Nature of the Complimentary Session
The Presence Experience is a diagnostic and exploratory conversation, not a coaching session. In 30 minutes, we will explore your current threshold, identify blocks or patterns, and establish whether a deeper engagement (NOÉ Elements or NOÉ Candor) is appropriate. This session is offered at no cost as a way to establish mutual fit and begin the inquiry together. It is not a substitute for coaching, consulting, therapy, or professional advice in any domain outside of leadership presence and transformation.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
All conversations within a Presence Experience session are confidential. However, we may request permission to record or document the session (with your explicit consent) for quality, training, or testimonial purposes. You retain full discretion over whether your session is recorded or referenced in any public-facing material (social media, website, case studies, etc.). Your privacy is paramount.
6. Commitment & Cancellation
When you book a Presence Experience session, you are committing to show up fully and on time. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows forgo the complimentary nature of the session and may result in a rescheduling fee or exclusion from future complimentary offerings. We recognize that life happens—communicate with respect, and we will reciprocate.
7. Follow-Up & Next Steps
After your Presence Experience session, you will receive a brief summary of insights and, if appropriate, information about next-stage offerings (NOÉ Elements or NOÉ Candor). There is no obligation to proceed. However, if you choose not to move forward, we ask that you honor the confidentiality of our conversation and refrain from sharing specifics of the session content with others.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a Presence Experience session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these terms and conditions. You confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria outlined above and that you are approaching this conversation with genuine inquiry and openness.
